TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All Enquiries, Bookings and Reservations are to be in written emails and confirmed with Bush Explorations Africa.

  2. Bookings are on a “First Come - First Served” and availability basis.

  3. Bookings will be confirmed by a 50% Deposit of the Quoted Rates on your Invoice, within 7 days of the provisional Reservation enquiry.

  4. The balance quoted and outstanding will be due and payable 60 days prior to Travel for final Confirmation. 

  5. A full and detailed Questionnaire will be sent to the Client/Guest and is to be filled in by the Guests and mailed to our Offices, for Bush Explorations Africa in order to ensure all details have been attended to prior to the Travel

  6. It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure they have all the relevant Travel Insurances and Medical Insurances in place

  7. It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure that all Travel Visa’s are correct when travelling with Children

  8. To advise Bush Explorations Africa of any Medical Conditions pertaining

  9. To advise Bush Explorations Africa of any Dietary requirements ahead of Travel

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

  1. Cancellation of any Booking will incur Cancellation Fees
    - Cancellation 60 Days out: The 50 % Deposit amount taken as the Cancellation Fee
    - Cancellation 60 Days to 7 Days out:  Full Package Price as Cancellation Fee

  2. Booking Changes will incur an Admin Fee as determined by the Bush Explorations Offices

OTHER FEES & CHARGES

​

  • Bush Explorations Africa will assist on request, in arranging the Purchasing & Delivery and check in of Guests Food and Beverage Orders prior to their arrival, this will incur an extra Fee and Service charge, the Fee will vary depending on the Camp as Booked and distance from Hoedspruit Town.

  • Private Chef’s on request are for the guests own account.

  • Travelling Masseuse Services are for the guests own account.

  • Airport Transfers; outside Tours and Activities are for the guests own account.

  • Gate and Entry Fee’s, Conservation Levies as levied by the Reserves are for the guests account.
